With its multi-million dollar renovation complete, SMC entered 2020 as Sydney's newest conferencing centre — a heritage landmark with entirely refreshed interiors.
The March 2020 Venue Showcase invited associations and business-events professionals to walk the refreshed spaces and taste the world-class catering, creativity and service the centre had become known for — the original version of the open evenings SMC still runs today.
The unveiling also had a community heart: SMC's owners, the Freemasons of NSW & ACT, and their charity Masonicare ran a Disaster Relief program supporting communities hit by that summer's bushfires.
