SMC offers the perfect function space for your next Cocktail Party, with the most impressive space being our Marble Foyer on Level 1 accommodating up to 300 guests. The adjoining Banquet Hall is another crowd favourite to enjoy drinks and canapes. Both spaces combined can host up to 700 attendees.
Our menus are created to satisfy every taste including old favourites like Pecking duck pancakes with hoisin sauce and new favourites such as Cheeseburger spring rolls.
Our extensive cocktail menu not only incudes well-known options such as Espresso Martini, however we have also created our own special cocktail called the SMC Spritz. How do these ingredients sound – Gin, Elderflower, Bianco Vermouth, Lemon juice, cucumber and an egg white finish. Our culinary team are unwavering in their commitment to flawless service and tailoring menus from innovative live cooking stations, impressive cheese grazing stations and indulging dessert buffets, we cater to all needs.
