SIMPLE STREAM or BOARDROOM STREAM

Ideal if you are running an internal meeting face to face; have some attendees on site, and want to use your own software.

SMC can provide a set-and-forget-webcam-type solution.
Includes:
• External web robotic camera with the based station or a web camera with stand (suitable for up to 20 people in the room)
• Audio interface to USB
• 30 min test/rehearsal with an operator in a room at SMC on the event day
We recommend an AV operator for the duration of your event at $85 per hour (min four-hour call).

Client is responsible to source streaming platform, creating and managing the account, sending invitations to viewers and presenters, managing the camera view,
managing the switching between presenter & presentations/videos, providing the laptop for inside the meeting room projection.

This is a new dynamic set up creating impressive video-based content and also doubles as a live broadcast studio. A truly versatile space focused on high quality content creation and communication. When zoom or teams doesn’t quite cut it, the studio is ideal for professionally broadcasting live webinars and communications, hybrid events webcasts or even pre-recording your webcast material.
