SMC’s cocktail packages are ideal for standing-room parties and galas or to precede formal dinners and presentations. Classic cocktails include Aperol Spritz, Bellini, Mojito and Espresso Martini. Bring out the festive spirit with contemporary twists including Golden Eye, Clover Club,SMC Spritz,Malibu Sunsets and Blushin’ Russians. Non-alcoholic options include Mocktail Mules and Virgin Pina Coladas. The seasonally-inspired canape selections are expertly crafted to complement cocktails and celebratory themes.
SMC’s Function Manager Wai Shun Chan is soon to graduate as a fully qualified sommelier. He brings to SMC expertise honed at Sydney Wine Academy and leading global industry training provider The Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) where he completed the Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits and the Level 1 Introduction to Sake.
